For some, 2023 has been a difficult year with the loss of a friend or family member. For others it has been more than a year and you feel you are stuck in grief. We’re here to help you along your grief journey with a 10-week support group designed especially for you. Each week will consist of refreshments and a 30-minute video presentation from those who have been there and grief experts, followed by a short discussion. Each person will receive a note-taking guide that goes with the video presentation.
