FAQs
We do church a little differently than other places, so here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your trip.
Once you get to the top of the hill, our parking team will direct you to the closest available spot. Just follow the smiling faces in the bright vests. We reserve parking spots for our first time guests, so if you’re new to Parkway, follow the signs to the guest parking spots. As you’re walking to the building, our greeting team will meet you and show you where to find the worship center, restrooms, and children’s ministry. If you need anything throughout the day—mints, ear plugs, a Bible, or a pen—feel free to stop by the Welcome Center. Or, just ask anyone with a Parkway lanyard or name tag. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you. The Welcome Center is right inside the lobby, off to the right. You’ll want to stop by after service so we can meet you and give you a gift!
We have nursery available for babies and toddlers. For nursing mothers, we also have a viewing room where moms and infants can watch the service together.
Downstairs, in Parkway Kids, children fifth grade and younger experience Jesus on their level. Our kids are divided up by Early Childhood (2 Years-4/5 Years), Kids Ministry (Kindergarten-3rd Grade), and our Preteen Ministry (4th-5th grade). Parkway Kids is a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their own service with singing, a Bible lesson, and small group time.
Middle and High School meet at 9am on Sundays for small groups. All students are welcome to attend adult service in our “youth section” in the back right of the Worship Center during the second hour of worship.
Services last about one hour and 10 minutes. Our first service starts at 9:00 AM and our second begins at 10:30 AM. We start with worship, followed by a message from our Pastor, our staff, or guest speaker. If you want to see our preaching style, check out our current series in the “Watch” Tab on the main menu. If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll want to give yourself a few extra minutes to stop by the Welcome Center after the service. You are a very important person to us! We’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a gift.
Don’t feel like you have to dress up. Most people wear casual attire, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
