Give Thanks Worship Experience

This year’s theme is ‘Out of Egypt, into his Promise’.   As you prepare to join (and invite your friends who want to worship with you) we are asking you to consider joining us for a very special prayer portion of the service.

Many of us believe that our culture, nation and world are in great danger of spiraling out of control.  Parkway Worship recognizes when a people leave the truth of God behind and begin to accept lies, and when they neglect to worship God for who he is, disaster is not far away (Romans 1:18-21).  Thankfully, as children of God, we do not have to be subject to the kind of consequences that follow such reckless behavior. With that in mind, this year we are asking families to join together and stand firm on the promise of God for their family. We are asking people to say- just like Joshua said – ‘as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord’.

We all have been brought out of our own personal Egypt – and because of God’s grace, his promises are always ‘yes’ and ‘amen’ for us (2 Cor. 1:20).  That does not mean we will never face difficulty or trial, but it means that God has promised good to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28) and his eyes are ever watchful over people who are fully committed to him (2 Chronicles 16:9) to strengthen them.  He is a generational God – blessing those who follow him to the thousandth generation (Duet. 7:9).

So ,will you join us on the night of the 19^th at 6:00p?   We are hoping that entire families will stand together and be prayed over – remembering all the things God has brought them out of and thanking him for his promise to protect and prosper our families as we commit to serving him.   Sign up today and commit to coming and being a part of that service.  Each family that registers will have an opportunity to claim the promises of God over their family publicly in that service and be joined by their brothers and sisters from all over the valley as we recognize God’s goodness during that special ministry of prayer and dedication. Also, each family that signs up will receive a memento to commemorate their commitment before the Lord on that night.
